Join us from 19h00 to 01h00 for a fun-filled New Year’s Eve at The Olive Press, one of Boschendal’s most spectacular venues. Set against sweeping views of the Groot Drakenstein Mountains, the Olive Press is a beautiful setting for a long summer evening of good food, live music and dancing.

The whole family is welcome. Every booking will have its own table, so if you’re coming with family or friends and would like to sit together, we recommend purchasing your tickets in one booking. This allows us to group you together at the same table.
We’ll start the evening with oysters and Boschendal bubbles on arrival, alongside farm biltong, marinated olives and sea salt potato crisps.
Then settle in for a feast, with tables filled with:
• Farm-baked ciabatta, baguettes, focaccia and garlic bread, with whipped salted butter, farm hummus and spiced pumpkin dip
• Werf garden salad with shaved baby vegetables, seeds and Rozendal vinaigrette
• Baby potato salad with spring onions, boiled eggs, gherkins and mayonnaise
• Cherry tomato, feta and rocket salad with basil pesto and balsamic
• Heritage beetroot with goat’s curd, candied pecans, rocket and vinaigrette
From the fire, enjoy:
Spit roast lamb with lemon, garlic and rosemary
Tikka-spiced chicken kebabs with mint yoghurt
Fire-roast miso maple cauliflower with ponzu dressing
Seasonal linefish with lemon and soft herb butter
And for something sweet, pastéis de nata, red velvet canapé cakes, mini brownie squares, peppermint tarts, lemon meringue tartlets and Hertzoggies.
Live music by Hannah Ray will get the evening going, bringing plenty of energy as we eat, drink and celebrate together. Later, a DJ will take over and keep the party going all the way into the new year.

REFUND | CANCELLATION POLICY
1. General Refund Policy
All New Year’s Eve tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Refunds will not be issued if a ticket holder is unable to attend for any reason, including illness, personal circumstances, change of plans, transport difficulties, or changes to the number of guests attending.
Tickets remain non-refundable if the event proceeds as scheduled.
2. Event Cancellation by Boschendal
A refund will only be issued if Boschendal officially cancels the New Year’s Eve event.
The event will proceed regardless of rain or other wet weather conditions. Boschendal reserves the right to cancel the event only where circumstances arise that make it impossible or unsafe for the event to proceed.
If Boschendal cancels the event:
- Guests who purchased paid tickets will be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed through the original ticketing platform and/or payment method.
- Guests do not need to request a refund unless specifically advised otherwise by Boschendal or the ticketing platform.
- Any applicable booking, transaction or service fees charged by the ticketing platform may be subject to the platform’s own terms and conditions.
3. How Cancellations Will Be Communicated
If the New Year’s Eve event is cancelled, Boschendal will communicate the cancellation through its official communication channels. Guests will also receive notification via email from Quicket.
4. Important
By purchasing a New Year’s Eve ticket, guests acknowledge that tickets are non-refundable if they are unable to attend and that the event will proceed in wet weather. Guests accept the terms of this refund policy when purchasing their tickets.
