ABOUT
CORNERSTONE CHRISTMAS MARKET 2026
Sunday, 6 December 2026
Christmas shopping with a purpose!
Join us for our annual Cornerstone Christmas Market, held alongside our Christmas Carols on Sunday, 6 December 2026, at Cornerstone Church Bedfordview.
We’re expecting around 1,000 people to join us for an afternoon of Christmas shopping, community and celebration. Whether you’re a returning vendor or joining us for the first time, we’re excited to have you be part of it!
THE HEART BEHIND THE EVENT
The Cornerstone Christmas Market is about more than shopping. It is a fundraising event and an outreach opportunity for our church — a chance to support a meaningful cause, welcome our community, and share the joy and message of Christ through our Christmas Carols.
The Carols are at the heart of this event, and we want to protect the atmosphere and purpose of that time together. We kindly ask all vendors to help us create a welcoming, family-friendly market that complements the Carols rather than distracts from them.
Thank you for helping us make this a special occasion for everyone!
WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES
All proceeds from the event go towards Pebbles Klopperpark, where more than 60 children are fed four times a day, 11 months of the year!
This year, we are raising funds towards much-needed maintenance in the school's kitchen, helping ensure that this essential space continues to serve the children who depend on it.
By booking a stall, you are helping us make a practical difference in these children's lives. Thank you for being part of it!
BOOKING YOUR STALL
We’re making vendor bookings simpler this year through Quicket! You can select your stall size, choose your preferred location from the available floor plan, provide your business details and complete your payment online — all in one place.
Please read the information below carefully before booking to ensure your products and setup are suitable for the event.
We look forward to welcoming you to the market! ??

STALL DETAILS
CHOOSE YOUR STALL LOCATION
One of the exciting changes this year is that vendors will be able to view the market floor plan and book their preferred stall location.
Stall locations will be allocated on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. Once a location has been booked by another vendor, it will no longer be available.
Please choose your location carefully when booking.
The floor plan will show the available stall spaces and their corresponding stall numbers.
YOUR SALES & PAYMENT
This is a vendor market, meaning you are responsible for your own sales and payments.
Please bring your own:
- Cash float
- Card machine (Yoco, etc.) or EFT details
- Any other payment method you require
100% of your sales proceeds belong to you.
The only payment we require from you is the once-off stall booking fee paid through Quicket.
ELECTRICITY
Electricity is only available to the 3x3m vendor stalls.
Please indicate during your booking whether you require access to electricity.
If electricity is required, please ensure you bring any necessary extension leads/adapters required for your setup.
CHAIRS & STALL EQUIPMENT
Your stall includes one trestle/ wooden table and a black tablecloth (if necessary). Chairs can be provided if required, so please indicate how many you need when completing your booking.
For 3m × 3m stalls, additional tables and structures are permitted only if they fit entirely within your allocated space.
Please do not assume that extra furniture or equipment will be supplied unless it has been arranged with us beforehand.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS
We want everyone to have a successful and enjoyable market!
Please be considerate of the vendors around you. Keep your products, displays, signage and equipment within your allocated space, and ensure that you do not block walkways or encroach on neighbouring stalls.
A little consideration goes a long way in helping everyone showcase their business and make the most of the event.
PRODUCTS & EVENT VALUES
Cornerstone Church is a Christian church, and this is a church-hosted event. We want the market to be a welcoming, family-friendly space for Christmas shopping while keeping the focus on the purpose of the occasion: celebrating CHRIST together through our Christmas Carols.
Please select products that are suitable for a Christmas market and align with the values and purpose of the event.
Distracting toys are not permitted at this year's market. This includes, but is not limited to, glow sticks, toys with flashing or bright lights, noisy toys and similar novelty items. While we understand that these inexpensive children's toys can be popular, we want to ensure that the Christmas Carols remain the main focus and are not disrupted by flashing lights, noise or other distractions.
If you bring any of these items to sell, you will be asked to pack them away and remove them from display and sale for the duration of the event.
We reserve the right to review products being sold or displayed and to ask that any items considered inappropriate or inconsistent with the values and purpose of the church and event be removed.
If you are asked to remove a product and do not comply, you may be required to leave the event, and your stall booking fee will be forfeited.
By completing your booking, you agree to respect these requirements.
FOOD, ACTIVITIES & SERVICES
This is primarily a product-selling market, and our standard vendor bookings are intended for vendors selling physical products.
The following are not permitted as part of a standard vendor booking:
- Cooked meals or prepared food
- Fries, pancakes, burgers or similar ready-to-eat food
- Face painting
- Children's activities
- Games
- Photobooths
- Other entertainment or activity-based offerings
Packaged food products, such as sweets, biscuits and similar items, are permitted.
If you would like to sell cooked food, provide a food offering, offer an activity or provide a service at the market, please contact me directly before booking. These offerings will need to be discussed and approved separately.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We understand that plans can change, so please take note of our cancellation policy before completing your booking.
- Cancellations before 6 November 2026: You will receive a refund of 100% of the stall fee, minus the Quicket booking fees.
- Cancellations on or after 6 November 2026: The stall booking fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Please ensure you are able to attend before booking, as we use these bookings to plan the layout and organisation of the market.
Vendor booking deadline: Friday, 6 November 2026.
If you are unable to make an online booking through Quicket and need to arrange payment by cash, please contact me personally beforehand. Cash bookings must be arranged in advance; walk-in cash bookings will not be accepted on the day.
RAFFLE DONATIONS
We will be putting together a large raffle prize to raise additional funds for the children we support.
We would LOVE it if you would consider donating one of your products towards the raffle.
This is completely optional and is not a requirement for booking a stall.
If you choose to donate, we'll create a printed information sheet to accompany the raffle prize.
This will include information about your business and donated product, such as:
- Business name
- Logo
- Website
- Contact details
- Product name
- Product description
- Normal selling price
The aim is to give your business additional exposure and hopefully introduce you to people who may become future customers.
Your raffle donation must be delivered to Cornerstone Church Bedfordview by 2:00pm on Sunday, 6 December 2026, unless otherwise arranged with us.
All raffle information must be submitted through your Quicket booking.
