VOICE OF WOMEN is a photographic archive and print exhibition born from the silent femicide protest held in Cape Town.
What began as a moment of collective silence became a visual record of grief, anger, solidarity and resistance.
This exhibition brings together photographs and printed works documenting the protest, the people who stood there, the messages they carried, the silence they shared, and the emotions that existed beyond the images.
It is an attempt to preserve a moment that should not simply disappear into the news cycle.
VOICE OF WOMEN honours the women whose lives have been lost, the people who continue to carry their stories, and those who gathered in public to say that their lives cannot be reduced to statistics.
