Reiki is a gentle practice that invites you to slow down, become more aware and explore your own connection to energy.

This two-day Reiki Level I & II Training is an opportunity to learn the foundations of Reiki, experience it for yourself, and develop the skills to practise Reiki with others.

You’ll explore grounding, energy awareness, boundaries, connection, authenticity, intuition and spiritual connection — while learning through practical, hands-on experience.

You don’t need to have any previous experience.

You don’t need to be an expert.

You simply need to be curious and open to learning something new.

This isn’t just about learning a technique.

It’s about becoming more aware of yourself, your energy and the way you connect with the world around you.
