On 7 November 2026, Synthesis Club presents Mind Your Business Vol. II: Family Dinner, a Cuban Mafia-themed dinner experience in Johannesburg.

Not a conference.

Not another networking event.

And definitely not just dinner.

This edition transforms the room into our own Cuban Mafia world. Think intimate family dinner, old-school sophistication, music, conversation, characters, unexpected moments and a room full of people worth meeting.

At the centre of Volume II is adaptability.

Because business, relationships, identity and life rarely follow the script we had in mind. The question isn’t whether things will change.

It’s who you become when they do.

Our keynote guest, Mushambi Mutuma, brings that conversation into the room as we explore adaptability, uncertainty and what it takes to keep moving when the plan changes.
