The Greatest Showman Outdoor Cinema - Fundraiser for Animal Think Tank
Sat Oct 17, 18:00 - Sat Oct 17, 21:00
Animal Think Tank - Sangster Branch (Fluffs-N-Tufts)
ABOUT
Animal Think Tank presents a one-night Outdoor Cinema Experience under the stars — raising funds for Pawsitive Animal Shelter and the Cat & Family Foundation.
One night of great entertainment, and two charities get the benefit!
So book now for a screening of The Greatest Showman and be prepared to sing along all night. Space and tickets are limited, so don't miss out!
Doors open at 6pm with the screening starting at 7pm. Bring camping chairs and picnic blankets and make a patch of grass your own, or book a deck chair and collect it from the ticket office on arrival.
Please do not bring food or drink onto the property. A fully licensed café on site will look after every guest — so leave the cooler box at home
The screening is proudly sponsored by Chaos Theory and Safeguard. They have underwritten the production, so more of what you pay goes directly to the animals that need it most.
FAQ'S
Tickets are only purchased via the Quicket website
There are 2 ticket types available:
- R100 per person (early bird bookings) and R150 per person (standard price)
There are no tickets available on the website? Can I buy tickets at the gates?
Regrettably, for safety and planning purposes, if tickets are SOLD OUT on the Quicket site, no tickets are available at the gates.
Where do I sit? I can’t see a seating plan.
All tickets are unreserved.
Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with no unrealistic "blocking" of more than one seat for another ticket holder allowed.
You can bring your own chairs, blankets etc but please be considerate of other guests and the amount of space you take up.
Low slung comfortable deck chairs are available to rent, at the time of purchasing your tickets.
Will I see the screen?
Our giant 7-metre-wide screen is clearly visible from every part of the venue, and we have allowed plenty of space to ensure you get a great view from wherever you are. As with all unreserved seating events, the earlier you get there the more prime a position you can secure for you, your family and friends.
Gates open 1 hour prior to the show start time
Can I bring my own picnic basket/pizza/snacks/drinks?
No, we have a Cafe on site that will cater for your food and drink requirements as part of our fundraising efforts.
Can I bring my pet to the event?
Nope. We love pets (obviously) but in a public space with loud music and movie sound so please leave your pets at home.
How will I hear the movie?
We have a sound system that is loud enough to be heard anywhere in the venue, without irritating the residential neighbours.
Can I bring my camera?
Yes, take as many photos as you like and share your selfies with us on social media before and during the event.
Just don't record any of the films, that's not allowed and will result in criminal prosecution (yes, really).
Can I smoke?
Ignoring the awkward health lecture, you will be allowed to smoke only ina designatedd area, not in your seats. However, you are encouraged to refrain from smoking at the event.
What happens if it rains?
Nobody likes rain on their parade! As this is an outdoor event, we are subject to the elements and will go ahead in most weather conditions, including lightning, intermittent or potential rain and wind.
Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on the screening night and acknowledge that tickets are non-refundable in the event of adverse weather.
A cancellation will only be considered if the conditions pose a danger to patrons or staff, and it will be clearly communicated to all ticket holders. If the event is cancelled, you will be issued with complimentary tickets for a future event. If there is no further screening of the same event in the future, your ticket will be refunded in full.
All Tickets are subject to our full terms and conditions, available on the next tab of this ticketing site.
