Join us for Christmas Pilates on the Heli Pad at Simola Hotel & Spa.
This will be a Full Body Flow, all levels of fitness is welcome. The Pilates Flow will be guided by Pure Posture Pilates.
Over looking on the Beautiful Knysna Heads. Afterwards enjoy Coffee/ Tea and a Muffin for all, at the pool side and the view.
Water will be provided on the Heli Pad for the Pilates session.
All will receive a little spoil treat, to take home.
