Meet the Maker - Colmant Cap Classique and La Cuccina

We are looking forward to welcoming Jean-Phillippe to our next Meet the Maker event being held at La Cuccina - Heart of Hout Bay. Jean-Philippe Colmant is the owner and creator of Colmant Cap Classique & Champagne. He is the sole wine maker and cellar master. His impeccable talent for precision and attention to detail are reflected in the Cap Classique wines he produces, and his impassioned love for the trade can be felt with every Colmant drinking experience. JP holds a strong philosophy for the style of the Methode Cap Classiques he wishes to produce: classical, fresh and elegant. JP's intention is to remain the cellar master of the Colmant winery for as long as he physically can, as he truly values being able to add that special touch in each bottle with his own two hands.

The price of R375 per person will include:
1) A welcome glass of MCC
2) A taster of each Colmant MCC (x4)
3) La Cuccina dinner
4) Talk by JP, the founder and winemaker of Colmant MCC and Ian, the owner of La Cuccina

Brut Plaisir - Spicy prawn ravioli served with an Arrabiata sauce.
Brut Chardonnay - Citrus infused Chicken Taco.
Brut Reserve - Mushroom and Parmesan Balls with light basil pesto sauce.
Brut Rose - Tarragon and roasted plum and vanilla yogurt lolly
