As spring begins to unfold and the days grow lighter, we gather in circle to reconnect and explore the part of us that wants to come alive.
A gentle 90-minute flow of sound, sky dancing and SAUNA.
SOUND : Crystal sound bath 30min
A moment to soften, receive and restore.
This crystal bowl sound bath is an invitation to pause, soften the body and quiet the noise of everyday life.
As the delicate, layered sounds fill the space, give yourself permission to let go of doing and simply be.
SKY DANCE : A movement experience 30min
Move. Feel. Come alive.
An invitation to inhabit your body more fully. Through music, breath and free movement, we soften the mind's grip, awaken the senses and make space for the instinctive, sensual and joyful self.
Rooted in tantric principles of presence and embodied awareness, this is a space to move without performance, feel without judgement and reconnect with the simple aliveness of being here.
No choreography. No experience needed. Just you, your body and the music.
SAUNA : Infrared sauna pod
Step into the gentle warmth of the infrared sauna — a moment to turn inward, unwind and simply receive.
Allow the warmth to envelop you as you slow down, soften and reconnect with your body. After a morning of movement, sound and connection, this is an opportunity to rest, release and savour the space you've created for yourself.
Come as you are.
Leave more connected to yourself, to your body and to the women around you.
