Based on his research for his latest historical novel, The Torn Flag, Terence Sorour will deliver a talk on The Boer War in Natal, backed by a pictorial presentation of events.
The Torn Flag, a sequel to The Apron Flag, continues the story of close family friends, one British, the other Boer who find themselves once again on opposite sides of the fence. It’s a tale of divided loyalties where friendship is tested and difficult choices are faced.
