Join us for an intimate blind tasting exploring South Africa and France through three classic grape varieties.

Across six wines, we’ll taste three South African expressions alongside three French counterparts, discovering how the same grape can take on a completely different character through climate, terroir, tradition and winemaking.

With the labels hidden, the challenge is simple: can you tell which wines come from South Africa and which come from France?

Expect thoughtful comparisons, fascinating reveals and a closer look at two wine cultures with their own distinct identities — all in the relaxed, convivial setting of Bertha Wine Bar.

And because no French wine experience is complete without something to eat, we’ll also be serving a traditional French snack to enjoy alongside the wines.
