Join us for an unforgettable six-course food and wine journey celebrating the spirit of the Swartland. In collaboration with The Royal Hotel, City On A Hill, Mullineux and Yellowwood Winery (Aspoestertjie), this intimate long-table dinner brings together refined cooking, local produce and some of the region’s most distinctive wines.

From gratinated asparagus and delicate prawn & duck roulade to open-fire grilled, fynbos-smoked salmon and slow-braised beef cheek Wellington, each course has been carefully crafted to complement each pairing. The evening culminates in a decadent dark chocolate dessert created to accompany Mullineux Signature Syrah.
