BLANKBOTTLE is the creation of winemaker Pieter Walser, one of South Africa's most unconventional and creative wine producers. Based in Somerset West, Pieter sources exceptional grapes from vineyards across the Western Cape, crafting wines driven by place, personality and story rather than conventional rules.
True to the name, BLANKBOTTLE wines don't reveal their grape varieties on the label - inviting you to taste first and judge the wine by what's in the bottle. Each wine has it's own story, brought to life through Pieter's distinctive hand-crafted labels.
