• Picnics are weather dependent. In the event of an unfavourable weather forecast the picnic will be postponed and guests notified via email.
• If the weather takes a turn while the event is in session the picnic be paused and moved inside the Lacuna Bistro.
• Menus are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonality, ingredient availability, market conditions, food quality, or operational requirements. The Chef and/or establishment reserves the right to substitute menu items with alternatives of a comparable standard and value where necessary.
• No outside food or beverages allowed.
• Picnic baskets and all accompanying items are provided for use during the event only. All baskets to be returned at the end of the experience.
• Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any part of an event or promotion, including but not limited to timing, pricing, or inclusions, should circumstances beyond its control arise or where deemed necessary in the interest of fairness, safety, or operational reasons.
