Tickets & Entry

• Where can I buy tickets, and will tickets be available at the gate? Tickets are available exclusively through Quicket. Tickets will not be available at the gate, so be sure to purchase yours in advance.
• What is the difference between General Admission and VIP?

General Admission — R300 per person includes:

• Branded Wondermil beer mug
• Your first beer on the house
• Full access to the Oktoberfest festivities, entertainment and activities
• Open seating on a first-come, first-served basis

VIP / Reserved Table — R450 per person includes:

• Branded Wondermil beer mug
• Your first beer on the house
• Traditional Bavarian hat
• Eisbein burger
• Reserved table seating

VIP tables are available in 4-, 6- and 10-seater options, making it easy to celebrate with your crew.

• Are tickets refundable or transferable? Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets can be transferred to another person through Quicket, and ticket resale is permitted via Quicket.
• Are there age restrictions, and do children need tickets? The Wondermil Oktoberfest 2026 event is strictly an over-18 event. We regret no under 18-s will be permitted to attend.
• What do I need to bring with me to enter the event? Please have your valid ID and Quicket ticket ready when you arrive at the entrance.

Seating

• How does General Admission seating work? General Admission seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once inside, find an open spot for you and your crew and settle in for the festivities.
• How does VIP seating work? VIP tickets include a reserved table, with your seats ready and waiting for you and your crew when you arrive. No need to worry about finding a spot — your table is yours for the day.

Food & Drinks

• What food and drinks will be available at the event? VIP/Reserved Table tickets include an Eisbein burger for each guest seated at the table. A selection of additional food stalls will also be available throughout the day.
• Can I bring my own food or drinks? No. Outside food and drinks are not permitted at the venue.

The Experience

• What entertainment will there be? The Sousaphonics Oompah Band will keep the crowd entertained throughout the day. There will also be activities including Giant Jenga and Hammerschlagen — the traditional German nail-hammering game.
• Is there a dress code, and do I need to wear traditional Bavarian clothing? There is no strict dress code, but traditional Bavarian attire such as Lederhosen and Dirndls is strongly encouraged. Come dressed to embrace the spirit of Oktoberfest!

• Where is Wondermil Oktoberfest taking place? Wondermil Oktoberfest takes place at Wondermil Smokehouse & Military Museum, located on Wallmansthal Road, Plot 145, just outside Pretoria.
• What time does the event start and finish? Gates open from 10:00 and close at 18:00.
• Is parking available? Yes. Ample parking is available on the venue grounds, so there is no need for street parking.
• Can I leave and re-enter the event? Yes. Re-entry is permitted. Designated personnel will control all entries and exits to the property.
• Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
• What items are not allowed at the event? Weapons, firearms, outside liquor and illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited at the venue.
