MONATE OUTDOOR — TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket and attending Monate Outdoor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. TICKET VALIDITY
2. All tickets are valid only for the date and event stated on the ticket. Tickets must be presented at the entrance for verification. Lost or duplicated tickets may not be accepted.
3. NO REFUNDS
4. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the organisers.
5. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO CONSENT
6. By attending Monate Outdoor, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video footage and other recordings may be taken of you during the event. These may be used by the organisers, event partners and associated media for marketing, promotional, social media and future event purposes.
7. OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK
8. No food or beverages from outside the event premises will be permitted. Please make use of the food and beverage options available at the event.
9. CAMPING & OUTDOOR SET-UP
10. Guests are welcome to bring their own camp chairs and cooler boxes, subject to the event's rules and security regulations. All items brought onto the premises remain the responsibility of the owner.
11. PROHIBITED ITEMS
12. Weapons, illegal substances, dangerous objects and any other items deemed unsafe by event security will not be permitted. Security checks may be conducted upon entry.
13. RESPONSIBLE CONDUCT
14. All guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other attendees, staff, artists and event partners. The organisers reserve the right to remove anyone who causes disruption, engages in unlawful behaviour or poses a risk to others.
15. EVENT CHANGES
16. The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, lineup, venue arrangements or event schedule when necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
17. WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
18. As Monate Outdoor is an outdoor event, attendees acknowledge that weather conditions may affect the event. The organisers will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their control.
19. ENTRY
20. Entry is subject to a valid ticket and compliance with these terms and conditions. Management and security reserve the right to refuse entry where necessary for safety, security or operational reasons.
