Boundaries — The No That Changes Everything

Wed Nov 25, 16:00 - Wed Nov 25, 17:30

Event is online

ABOUT

Let me ask you something.

How many times this week have you said yes when you meant no? How many times have you invented an excuse, delayed a response, or twisted yourself into a pretzel trying to avoid a two-second conversation?

And how much did all of that elaborate avoidance actually cost you?

Poor boundaries don't just cause stress — they cause burnout, resentment, and a slow loss of yourself. And the guilt that stops most people from changing it is exactly what this workshop is designed to untangle.

What we'll cover

? The real cost of always saying yes — and why always saying no isn't the answer either

? What boundaries actually are (not walls — decisions)

? Where the guilt comes from and 6 practical tools to work through it

? The No Flow — a simple decision chart for the moment before your mouth says yes

? The scripts that actually work — and how to make them sound like you

? How to make a specific, real commitment before you leave the session

What's included

?? A branded participant workbook — yours to keep, write in, and come back to

?? A certificate of completion to share on LinkedIn

?? Two follow-up emails — one right after, one a week later to check in

Who is this for?

If you've ever said yes to something and immediately heard a voice inside saying 'why did I just do that?' — this workshop is for you.

It doesn't matter whether your boundary struggles show up at work, at home, with family, with friends, or online. They feed each other. And the tools in this session work across all of them.

No prior knowledge needed. No role play. No cold calling. Just a safe, warm, honest session where you leave with something real — and something you'll actually use.

About your facilitator

Hi, I'm Michelle Bassett — founder of Your Virtual Organizer and a passionate advocate for helping people show up as their full selves. With 30+ years of experience in operations and business support, I've sat in enough rooms — and enough video calls — to know that imposter syndrome is everywhere. Including in my own head.

I'm not here as someone who's conquered this. I'm here as someone who's learned to work with it. And I'm going to share everything I know with you.
