Makgopelo's career began as a primary healthcare nurse before she transitioned into human resources, leadership and executive coaching. She has held senior and executive positions at MTN, Massmart, Aveng Grinaker-LTA, SITA and the National Health Laboratory Service among others.

She holds an Executive MBA and a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School.

She knows what decision makers look for. She has been one. And she is not coming with the polished version of the story.
