Every season of a woman's life asks something different of her. Career, family, wellbeing, relationships and identity all compete for attention, and finding balance is rarely simple. This panel discussion brings together three inspiring women to share their journeys and perspectives on a holistic approach to womanhood: nurturing mind, body and spirit while building a life of purpose.

Short biographies of our speakers:

Rachel Kolisi

Rachel is a women's rights advocate, philanthropist and author. Having co-founded the Kolisi Foundation and led major impact work, she has entered a new chapter focused on strengthening grassroots organisations that do vital work but lack visibility, resources and support. Her memoir, Falling Forward, published by Pan Macmillan South Africa in March 2026, follows her through motherhood, love, marriage, faith tested and rebuilt, loss and reinvention. Her work centres on resilience, turning setbacks into opportunities for growth, and earlier this year she spoke at the Forbes Woman Africa Leading Women Summit in Sandton.

Eva August

Eva is a seasoned real estate leader with over 15 years of experience in the South African property market. Appointed CEO of Century 21 South Africa in 2024, she brings a strong track record in residential sales management, franchise development and operational leadership. Before her appointment, she served as National Operations Manager for five years, helping drive the brand's national growth. With a background spanning commercial, industrial and corporate real estate, she is known for her commitment to empowering agents and teams across the country. She's a regular voice in the property media, and hosts conversations on Century 21 South Africa's official podcast.

Loren Erasmus

Affectionately known as "The Pearl of Paarl," Loren is a Paarl-born vocalist and entrepreneur. She trained at the Frank Pietersen Music Schools and La Musique School of the Arts, and her repertoire spans classical, contemporary, jazz, gospel, Afrikaans and popular music. She is also the founder of Chipo Productions, an initiative focused on developing talent, empowering communities and creating opportunities through music, business and collaboration. Her latest single, A Woman Unbroken, released in August 2026, explores strength, identity, faith and personal transformation, and serves as an anthem for women who have faced hardship and found the courage to rebuild their lives.
