Make new connections. Grow your network. Connect & Grow.
Are You Built for the Storm is a practical and interactive talk that equips people with the tools to stay steady and on track when life doesn't go to plan.
Using the powerful metaphor of a railway journey, Dovi Stern shows how pressure, change and uncertainty don't simply test us, they reveal the patterns, habits and operating systems we rely on. Drawing from his own journey through cancer, an amputation and rebuilding his life, he offers practical tools that help people respond to challenges with greater clarity, resilience and intention.
Rather than trying to avoid life's storms, this session teaches how to navigate them. This isn't a motivational talk, it's a practical operating system for navigating pressure, helping people and teams stay on track, adapt to uncertainty and keep moving forward, no matter what life brings.
Practical, interactive and immediately applicable.
About the Speaker:
Dovi Stern is a Resilience Architect. A man who walked out of hell with a whiteboard and a blueprint for human resilience.
