Look forward to refreshing combinations including Grilled Peach & Rocket Salad, Red Cabbage, Chickpea & Avocado Salad, Caprese Pasta Salad and the classic Caesar Salad.

For seafood lovers, the Seafood Station is a highlight, featuring fresh oysters with salsa, whole baked salmon and an assortment of sushi served with pickled ginger and wasabi — a deliciously indulgent start to your Christmas dinner.

Then comes the heart of the feast: our Christmas Carvery. Savour roasted beef rump with rich beef gravy and Yorkshire pudding, rolled turkey with cranberry sauce, and honey-glazed smoked pork gammon with pineapple salsa.

Continue your festive journey with comforting favourites from the hot buffet, including braised lamb neck, chicken curry with traditional sambals and lentil & chickpea bobotie, accompanied by roasted potatoes with herb butter, savoury rice, spiced rainbow baby carrots and tender-stem broccoli with almond flakes.

Indulge in a spectacular selection featuring a gingerbread house, croquembouche, chocolate mousse log, baked cheesecake with passion fruit coulis, carrot cake, assorted tartlets, Opera cake and glazed fruit skewers.
