For seafood lovers, the Seafood Station is a highlight, featuring fresh oysters with salsa, whole baked salmon and an assortment of sushi served with pickled ginger and wasabi — the perfect way to add a touch of indulgence to your Christmas lunch.

Then comes the heart of the feast: our Christmas Carvery. Savour roasted beef rump with rich beef gravy and Yorkshire pudding, rolled turkey with cranberry sauce, and honey-glazed smoked pork gammon with pineapple salsa.

Continue your festive journey with comforting favourites from the hot buffet, including braised lamb neck, chicken curry with traditional sambals and lentil & chickpea bobotie, accompanied by roasted potatoes with herb butter, savoury rice, spiced rainbow baby carrots and tender-stem broccoli with almond flakes.
