ABOUT
FOR THE GOOD GIRLS & THE PEOPLE PLEASERS.
Fawning to Freedom is a half day immersion into what it means to be a woman living in integrity.
To live in integrity is not about purity or goodness, integrity is the alignment of who we are with what we say and what we do. Most women have deeply engrained fawning patterns that perpetuate beliefs and behaviours of performing goodness and care in order to feel safe and belong. In this process we abandon ourselves and move further and further away from the truth of who we are.
When women become Mothers, this pattern screams its way to the surface as we no longer have the energy or resources to uphold these masks.
This is a space to meet these patterns and allow them to be seen - not make them wrong, but hold them in reverence as we begin to practice being seen and valued for who we are, not what we do.
WHAT:
In this half day immersion we will explore the theory and somatics of fawning and how to safely break free of its hold on our liberation and freedom.
