Begin the evening with freshly baked homemade assorted breads, served with a selection of flavoured butters and dips, before exploring a colourful spread of seasonal salads. Enjoy classics such as Caesar Salad, alongside Creamy Pasta Salad with sun-dried tomato pesto and toasted pine nuts, Caprese Salad with fresh basil and mozzarella, and a vibrant Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Salad.

Take your festive feast further at our Mezze Station, filled with fresh and grilled vegetables, olives, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, caper berries, beetroot hummus, feta, basil pesto and house dressing. For something extra special, indulge in an assortment of sushi platters.

Then, savour an abundant selection of festive favourites from the main buffet. Choose from Roasted Beef Sirloin with mushroom sauce, Lamb Knuckle Curry, Rosemary Roast Chicken, Grilled Salmon with capers and dill sauce, and Sticky Pork Belly with roasted apples. Complement your plate with Butternut & Feta Lasagna, savoury rice, roasted potatoes with herb butter, citrus sweet potato and tender-stem broccoli with almond flakes.

And because no festive celebration is complete without something sweet, save room for a tempting dessert spread. Delight in Mince Pies, Chocolate & Dates Pudding with vanilla custard, Baked Cheesecake with passion fruit coulis, Pavlova with mixed berries, glazed fruit skewers and an assortment of mini desserts.
