One hike. One purpose. A little more dignity for a girl.

Join us for a meaningful hike hosted by the Owam Govender Foundation as we come together to support young girls living at a home in Johannesburg.

This is more than just a hike; it is a sanitary pad drive with a difference. As part of the initiative, we are collecting essential hygiene items including sanitary pads, tissue, face cloths, toothpaste, toothbrushes and bath soap. These items will be used to create Dignity Packs, which will be donated to young girls in November.

Why November?

The December–January school holidays can leave many young girls without access to the essential hygiene supplies they may receive through schools and other support programmes during the year. We want to help bridge that gap and ensure that the girls we support have access to basic necessities during this vulnerable period.

By joining this hike, you are helping us turn a day of movement, community and connection into something that has a lasting impact. Every ticket, donation and hygiene item collected brings us one step closer to ensuring that a girl can navigate her menstrual cycle and daily life with dignity.
