Matrescence: How Motherhood Changes You

A talk for mothers about matrescence: the science, psychology and lived experience of how motherhood changes you. The talk balances the sharing of useful knowledge on matrescence (psycho-education) with the opportunity for mothers to reflect on how motherhood is changing them and connect with the future mother they are growing towards.
