The four practitioners, Yoganee, Gerald, Claire and Roshini will each contribute their specialist area while ensuring that the day flows as one connected experience.

EXPLORE: Creative Expression: Engage in a therapeutic art activity. Focus on the playful exploration of materials to connect with your inner experience.

ACTIVATE: Laughter Therapy: Experience "Joy Activation" through interactive laughter exercises designed to shift your state and boost resilience.

Gerald Woollatt is a South African Certified Neurocoach and Business Mentor who combines neuroscience, business experience and self-awareness to help people think more clearly and perform sustainably.

About Claire - Award-Winning Artist, Educator & Creative Wellness Facilitator

Claire Woollatt is an award-winning ceramic artist, educator, and qualified facilitator with over two decades of experience, combining artistic expertise with qualifications in Fine Art, Art Therapy, and Education. An HPCSA-registered Art Therapist, she creates empowering creative wellness spaces that use art, play, and embodied exploration to support communication, self-expression, and personal growth.

About Roshini- Founder: Creative Wellness Concepts, The Mindfulness Evolution Hub and Angel Light Empowerment Studio

Roshini Ramiah is a NLP Practitioner, Transformational Life Coach, and Laughter Therapy Coach, passionate about empowering people to shift their mindset, reconnect with joy and create meaningful change.

As Founder of Creative Wellness Concepts and Angel Light Empowerment Studio, she integrates practical personal development with holistic wellbeing to nurture the mind, body and spirit.

EVENT PROGRAMME

• Mindfulness, Meditation

Yogani will open the event and create a calm, grounded environment for participants.

• The Neuroscience of Wellbeing

Gerald will introduce participants to the science behind how the brain influences our emotions, behaviour and wellbeing.

Tea & Connection Break

• Creative Expression & Art Experience

Claire will facilitate an experiential creative session allowing participants to explore wellbeing and joy through art.

Comfort Break

• Laughter Therapy– Shifting Your State

Roshini will bring the different elements of the morning together through an energising and interactive experience centered around joy.

Reflection & Integration

The programme concludes with an opportunity for participants to reflect on the complete experience.
