As we move through our 60 Days of Gratitude & Affirmations, we are exploring something deeper than simply being grateful for what we have.
We are learning to shift our awareness.
To notice what we focus on.
To become conscious of the stories we carry.
To recognise the patterns that no longer serve us.
To choose our thoughts with greater intention.
And to understand that the change we seek collectively often begins within us.
Because when one person becomes more conscious,
they change the way they show up.
And when we change the way we show up in our relationships, our families, our communities and our world…
the collective begins to change. ??
This is the heart of Collective Consciousness.
Not perfection.
Not having all the answers.
Simply becoming willing to ask better questions.
