ABOUT
School sport has grown and changed faster than we've been able to keep up with. Young athletes today face pressures, expectations, and schedules we're not always equipped to handle. And parents and coaches are simply trying to navigate it all.
Understanding the modern young athlete is essential to empower them to thrive on and off the field, and make the most of the opportunities in front of them.
At Team Talk, a sports doctor, a retired professional, a clinical psychologist, and other voices involved in youth sport will share their perspectives on how coaches and parents can support and raise healthy, successful athletes, on and off the field.
