ABOUT
THE HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP
It Starts with You.
What makes a relationship healthy?
We often spend so much time thinking about what we want from other people — the qualities we want in a partner, friend, family member or colleague — that we forget to ask a more important question: What am I bringing into my relationships?
This is an interactive workshop designed to help you explore what it means to build healthy relationships by first looking at the individual.
This workshop is based on a simple idea:
Healthy relationships are built by healthy individuals.
We’ll explore the qualities we bring into every relationship — from our worldview, values and identity to self-awareness, emotional maturity, boundaries, communication, compassion and forgiveness.
You’ll be challenged to look beyond what you say you value and examine the fruit your life is producing. You’ll explore your patterns, strengths, blind spots and the ways you may be contributing to the relationships around you.
We’ll then move from THE INDIVIDUAL to THE PARTNERSHIP, exploring how two individuals can build something healthy through respect, communication, boundaries, compromise, conflict resolution, intimacy and a shared vision.
This isn't a workshop about romantic relationships alone.
The framework applies to friendships, family relationships, dating, marriage, work relationships and the relationship you have with yourself.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Practical teaching and guided discussion
- Personal reflection and self-assessment
- Interactive exercises
- Honest conversations about healthy and unhealthy patterns
- A framework you can apply to your relationships immediately
- A workbook to help you reflect and put the ideas into practice
You don't need to be in a relationship to benefit from this workshop.
Whether you're single, dating, married, navigating friendships, working through family dynamics, or simply wanting to understand yourself better — this workshop is an opportunity to take a step back and ask:
Who am I becoming, and what am I bringing into the relationships around me?
Because a healthy relationship doesn't begin when you meet the right person.
It starts with you.
