Lift-off Ladies is a Women's Fitness and Empowerment morning, including a FLY-IN, stalls and a market all happening on 10 October 2026, from 08:00 to 16:00, at the Brakpan Benoni Airfield (FABB), S26.2445499, E28.3043375, Airport Rd, Brakpan Airfield, Brakpan, 1459.

The event brings together an outdoor group fitness session, food stalls, a kids' entertainment area, and empowerment activations for women— set against the backdrop of a live fly-in taking place at the airfield on the same day.

The fitness stage is positioned so that participants can watch aircrafts taking off and landing throughout their workout, giving the morning a unique, high-energy atmosphere.

This is a fundraiser event and Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Society for Animals in Distress.
