The Future Economy Conference & Career Expo 2026 brings together learners, parents, educators, universities, TVET colleges and industry leaders for a full day exploring where South Africa's economy is headed - and how to build a career in it.

Hosted by the University of Johannesburg and curated by EduconnectMedia SA, this national platform connects Grade 11–12 learners directly with the organizations shaping the future of work.

Following the success of our 2025 conference at UJ, this year's edition expands beyond a single career pathway to reflect the full breadth of South Africa's future economy.
