IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All patrons enter the event at their own risk.
• A valid ID may be requested at the entrance. No person under the age of 18 will be permitted into the event.
• Strict security measures will be in place throughout the event.
• Patrons are responsible for their own personal belongings.
• The organisers will not be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
• The organisers will not be held liable for any injury, illness or death that may occur during the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
• No weapons or illegal substances will be permitted on the premises.
• Security reserves the right to search patrons upon entry.
• No disorderly, violent or threatening behaviour will be tolerated.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates the event rules.
• Patrons must comply with all security, venue and event regulations.
• No outside food or beverages where prohibited by venue regulations.
• No glass containers will be permitted where prohibited by venue regulations.
• Camping Chairs allowed.
• Plastic Cups allowed.

COOLERBOX INFORMATION

• COOLERBOX ACCESS IS FREE.
• Coolerboxes will be subject to security inspection upon entry.
• No prohibited items, weapons, illegal substances or unsafe items will be permitted inside the event.

FOOD & VENDORS

A selection of food and beverage vendors will be available at the event.

Come hungry, stay late and enjoy the full experience.

PARKING & SECURITY

• FREE SECURED PARKING will be available to patrons.
• Security personnel will be present throughout the event to assist with maintaining a safe environment.
• Although reasonable security measures will be implemented, patrons are advised not to leave valuables unattended inside vehicles.

ATTENDANCE DISCLOSURE

• By purchasing a ticket and attending THE OHB X THE EXCLUSIVE — ALL BLACK AFFAIR, all patrons acknowledge and agree that attendance is at their own risk.
• The organisers will take reasonable measures to provide a safe and secure environment for all attendees. However, OHB, The Exclusive and the event organisers cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury or any other incident arising from attendance at the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
• By entering the event, patrons agree to comply with all event rules, venue regulations and security instructions.

• Anyone found violating these rules may be removed from the premises without a refund.
