Pretoria Chamber Choir Gala Concert 2026

When we love - A Gala Concert

Join the Pretoria Chamber Choir for their first Gala Concert. Established in December 2025 by Bronwen Anderson, the choir has grown from 25 singers at their first rehearsal in February 2026 to just over 40. The choir comprises students and working professionals from various fields. The programme will include works by Elaine Hagenberg, Ola Gjeilo, Laura Jekabsone, Kyle Pederson, Ralph Vaughan Williams, and Motshwane Pege. The second half will feature a performance of the complete Requiem by Michael John Trotta with soloists Ailyn Nienaber (soprano), Esté Meerkotter (mezzo-soprano), and Jaco Pretorius (baritone), accompanied by Dr Andrea Kayser-Mitas on organ.

Nazareth House Chapel offers a beautiful setting for this performance. Tickets are available on Quicket. Seating is unreserved and we encourage you to book early.
