Knitwear Remix: Waste to Wear - Circular Fashion Workshop

Knitwear Remix: Waste to Wear is a hands-on circular-fashion workshop presented as part of EGAFD Creative Saturdays at Elizabeth Galloway Academy of Fashion Design in Stellenbosch.

Participants will work with donated knitted waste, off-cuts and reject pieces, transforming them into one-of-a-kind jerseys, wraps, snoods or draped wearable layers. The process is experimental and accessible, and no previous sewing or fashion experience is required. Participants will be guided in selecting, draping, combining and finishing the knitted pieces to create an individual wearable item to take home.
