EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending The Abu Experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Photography & Videography
2. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. Images and video footage captured during the event may be used by the organisers, artists, partners, and affiliated parties for marketing, promotional, social media, advertising, and other legitimate promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.
3. No Outside Food & Beverages
4. Outside food and beverages are not permitted at the venue. All food and beverage purchases must be made through the authorised event or venue facilities.
5. No Weapons
6. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. This includes firearms, knives, and any other items that may be considered dangerous or capable of causing harm. Security checks may be conducted upon entry.
7. Right of Admission
8. The organisers and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, threatening, unsafe, or contrary to the event or venue rules.
9. Valid Tickets
10. Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket. Tickets may not be duplicated, tampered with, or fraudulently obtained.
11. Event Changes
12. The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the lineup, programme, venue arrangements, or event schedule where necessary.
13. Personal Belongings
14. Patrons are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers and venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
15. Responsible Conduct
16. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly towards fellow patrons, artists, staff, and venue personnel.
17. Ticket Policy
18. Tickets are subject to the ticketing platform's terms and conditions. Please ensure that you purchase tickets only through authorised ticketing channels.
