SOCIAL GROOVE – A Kasi Movement
Social Groove is a movement built for the kasi culture.
It’s about showing people that you don’t always have to go to the big cities to find the vibe you’re looking for – because the same energy, the same music, and the same talent live right here, in our communities.
This movement is about embracing and supporting our local DJs. Whom we connect with through their music, making us dance, move, smile, and forget our worries, even if it’s just for a moment. They bring the sound of the streets and the heartbeat of iKasi.
Social Groove celebrates different sounds/genres, because music speaks to all of us in different ways.
From RnB, Hip Hop, Gqom, House, Amapiano (Yanos), Afrobeats, and 3Step – these are the sounds that connect with us, heal us, and make us whole.
