Festival of Food at FYRE

Join Chefs Darren Badenhorst and Jan Braai for a three-day celebration of South African food, fire, wine and live entertainment at FYRE Dining on Olijvenkraal Olive & Wine Farm near Paarl.

Taking place from 18th –20th September, Festival of Food at FYRE brings together refined open-fire cooking and the spirit of the traditional South African braai, set against the vineyards, olive groves and mountains of the Cape Winelands.

Across the weekend, experience a series of unique culinary events, from an exclusive three-course open-fire collaboration dinner to a harvest table in the private olive groves and a relaxed Sunday spit braai on the lawns.

Friday 18th September

An exclusive open-fire collaboration dinner hosted by Darren Badenhorst and Jan Braai, featuring a three-course menu, estate wine and live music.

Saturday 19th September

Choose between the FYRE Dining Lunch & Festival Access or the exclusive Harvest Table in the Olive Groves. Enjoy exceptional open-fire food, wine tastings, live music, chef meet-and-greets and access to the festival's late-night DJ afterparty.

Sunday 20th September

A relaxed, family-friendly Open Garden Casual Spit Braai featuring whole lamb on the spit, premium grilled meats, flame-cooked dishes, live music, lawn games, vendor pop-ups and open garden tasting bars.

Each event is ticketed separately, allowing you to choose your preferred experience, while together they form one unforgettable weekend celebrating food, fire and the South African outdoor spirit.
