New chapter for social purpose and faith based properties in Africa

Join us for the launch of Relèven Africa, a new partnership between Relèven and Relativ Impact, focused on unlocking the transformative potential of faith-related land and property across Africa.

This is an African-led endeavour. Africa’s impact investing community has extended the invitation for this initiative, which will be driven by experienced and visionary African leaders. Relèven’s expertise in placemaking for congregations and dioceses, project financing, and stakeholder convening will be available across Africa through this collaboration.

To begin this journey, we are co-hosting a stakeholder roundtable in Cape Town, bringing key decision-makers together to build relationships for long-term impact.

A day of meaningful dialogue, shared learning and collaboration between faith leaders, impact investors, foundations, nonprofits, social purpose real estate practitioners, and community development partners. This will create a shared space for learning, collaboration, and meaningful two-way exchange among key leaders from across the continent.

We will explore how faith-related land can become a catalyst for affordable housing, community renewal, economic opportunity, and long-term social impact across the continent.
