"I've got my life together. So why don't I actually feel like I do?"
From the outside, many men seem to have it all together.
They work hard, provide for their families, solve problems, and carry the weight of responsibility without complaint. Yet behind the success, many quietly battle stress, emotional exhaustion, self-doubt, and the pressure to always appear strong.
This Movember, join René Kok for a powerful Coffee & Clarity Morning that goes beyond the surface.
In this intimate 60 to 90-minute workshop, you'll explore the gap between the man you present to the world and the man you experience internally. You'll discover why success doesn't always lead to fulfilment, how emotional avoidance often hides behind constant productivity, and why saying "I'm fine" can become one of the most exhausting habits of all.
Through honest conversation, practical insights, and a guided Mask Audit exercise, you'll identify what you're showing the world, what you're hiding, and what you genuinely need to live with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
During this workshop you'll discover:
• Why success doesn't automatically create fulfilment.
• The hidden pressure men place on themselves to always be strong.
• The difference between coping and genuinely being okay.
• How productivity can become a way of avoiding emotions.
• The identities you've adopted to gain approval, security, or respect.
• The personal cost of constantly saying, "I'm fine."
