ABOUT
Two world-class coaches Sylviane Cannio, MCC and Dr Yael Sne, PCC will be in Johannesburg in January and while they are in the country, ICF South Africa has been able to secure a group supervision session with them for our members and others in our community! This is a great opportunity to experience different coaching styles and vision. Sylviane and Yael will broadly share their experience.
This interactive and engaging session is also an opportunity to bring your cases, both individual and team coaching.
What to expect:
- Coaching vision from two global coaches (Israël, Belgium)
- Systemic approach in coaching both individuals and teams
- A multi-disciplinary approach with several tools
- The application of coachs’ challenges such as paralell processes, transference or counter-transference
- A resolution of your own coaching cases
About Dr Yael Sne, PCC
Yael Sne, PhD in Psychology, is a specialist of conflict resolution and a well-known coach in Israel. She currently teaches Business and Management at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. She obtained her PhD in 2008 from the New Bulgarian University, Bulgaria. After this achievement, she was appointed as Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Martin-Springer Centre for Study of Conflict Management and Resolution of the Ben-Gurion University. And as a true global traveler, she also took a sabbatical at the Department of Psychological Coaching (Tony Grant), Sidney University, Australia (2009-2011). From 2014 to 2016, she was President of ICF Israel, and very active in several ICF spheres. With nearly 3,000 hours of practice, she is coaching individuals in life and executive coaching. She is a mediator and likes difficult situations where she has the talent of finding win-win solutions.
About Sylviane Cannio, MCC
Sylviane Cannio is one of the pioneers of coaching in Belgium with more than 5,000 hours of coach practice. She started her coaching career with a “coach attitude” during her executive trainings and classes at the university. She began accompanying teams in 1994 and later on individuals. Master Certified Coach by the ICF since 2008, she accompanies executives and leaders on four continents. As a true globetrotter, multilingual and multicultural, she trains coaches in several countries through her school Nova Terra Coach Training, and is a well-appreciated keynote in major conferences. Between 2008 and 2010, she was a member of the Global Board of the ICF and Vice-President ICF Global in 2010. Lately, she was one of the founding members of the Regional Advisory Council of the ICF for the Europe, Middle-East and Africa zone, in charge of the task force Credentialing.
