Goodie bags, drinks, snacks, and all products are complimentary and provided by third-party sponsors.

The Confetti Connoisseur does not manufacture these items and is not liable for any allergic reaction, sensitivity, or adverse effect resulting from their use or consumption.

No refunds, exchanges, replacements or monetary compensation will be provided for goodie bags, sponsored items, or consumables.

If you have allergies, dietary requirements, medical conditions or sensitivities, it is your responsibility to check all ingredients and product labels before consuming or using any item. If you are unsure, do not consume or use the product and contact the brand directly.

*3. HEALTH, FITNESS & PARTICIPATION*

Our events include physical activity such as pilates, stretching and movement.

You confirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

If you feel unwell, experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort at any time, you must stop immediately and inform the instructor.

You acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risk of injury, and you accept full responsibility for your participation.

*4. LIABILITY WAIVER*

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Confetti Connoisseur, its owners, instructors, staff, sponsors including the venue partner including EL&N london Mall of Africa shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft arising before, during, or after the event.

*5. PHOTOGRAPHY & CONTENT*

Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded and for content to be used by The Confetti Connoisseur and its sponsors for marketing purposes, including social media.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a host on arrival.
