PAMPER PARK – PAMPER & CREATE

ABOUT

These Xmas Holiday's, children can step into a world of creativity, sparkle and fun at The Pamper Park!

Each child will enjoy a 1 hour 15 minute hands-on experience, moving across three activity stations. Children will have the opportunity to decorate, create and personalise items that they can take home with them at the end of their session.

Activities and materials may vary depending on supplier availability.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each child will rotate through three activity stations during their 1 hour 15 minute session:

THE PAMPER CAMPER

Children will enjoy a little sparkle with a glitter application on their nails, along with some fun face gems.

BEDAZZLE & BEAD

Children will decorate and personalise an item such as a jewellery box, drinking bottle, cap or tote bag.

The item available will depend on supplier availability and may differ from day to day or week to week.

BRACELET OR HAIR BEADS

Children can choose between making a bracelet OR creating a hair bead design. They will choose one activity and will not complete both.

All items decorated or created during the experience are theirs to take home.

Each activity station will have the required materials pre-packed and set out on the table before the session, with quantities prepared according to the number of children booked for each activity.

Small bags will be provided for children to take home any loose gems or materials needed to finish their item.

Please note that these take-home bags will not include glue or additional tools required to complete an unfinished item.

RUNNING LATE?

Late arrivals are welcome to join their booked session, however additional time cannot be added to the session.

As sessions run to a set schedule, arriving late may mean that a child does not have enough time to complete every activity.

Any unfinished items can be packed up for the child to take home and complete.

MISSED SESSIONS

Tickets are valid for the date and time booked.

If a session is completely missed, the ticket will not be refunded and the session cannot be made up at another time.

PARENTS & GUARDIANS

Parents and guardians are welcome to remain nearby during the experience.

Parents with younger children who may not be comfortable being left alone are welcome to sit at the Diary Den while their child participates.

Older children may be dropped off for their booked session, provided they are collected promptly when their 1 hour 15 minute session ends.

Parents and guardians must remain contactable and readily available should their child require assistance.

PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEOS

Parents and guardians are welcome to take photographs of their children during the experience.

To help the activities run smoothly and avoid disruption, photographs will be taken at guided intervals by the Pamper Park team rather than all at once or continuously throughout the session.

Parents and guardians are asked to follow the instructions of the Pamper Park team when taking photographs.

Any rude, abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards the Pamper Park team, staff, parents, guardians or other children will not be tolerated.

Pamper Park reserves the right to ask the parent/guardian and child to leave the event immediately in the event of unacceptable behaviour. No refund will be provided.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO THIS EVENT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

* Each session is 1 hour 15 minutes.

* Children will participate across three activity stations during their booked session.

* Activities and items available may vary depending on supplier availability and stock.

* Bracelet making and hair bead making are alternative activities; children choose one and do not complete both.

* All completed decorated and created items may be taken home after the session.

* If a child does not complete an activity within their allocated session time, the item will be packed up for them to complete at home.

* Late arrivals may participate in the remaining time available in their booked session. Time will not be added to accommodate late arrival.

* Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another session.

* Activity kits are prepared in advance according to the number of children booked for each activity.

* Small take-home bags may be provided for loose gems or materials needed to finish an item. These bags do not include glue or additional tools.

* Parents/guardians of younger children may remain at the Diary Den while their child participates.

* Children who are dropped off must be collected promptly at the end of their booked session.

* Parents/guardians must remain contactable and readily available during the child’s session.

* Parents/guardians must follow the Pamper Park team’s instructions regarding photography.

* Rude, abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

* Pamper Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant and their accompanying parent/guardian for inappropriate behaviour, without a refund.

* Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s personal belongings.

* Children participate in the activities at their own risk and parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child follows activity instructions.

* Pamper Park reserves the right to make reasonable changes to activities or materials where supplier availability or stock requires it.
