Come and join us for a family fun run morning at Queens Corner with Run/Walk for Life.

No entries on the day of the fun run.

General information, rules and arrangements:

1.Only pre-entries will be excepted at: www.quicket.co.za. No entries will be accepted on the event day.

2.The date of the fun run / walk is 24 September 2026 at 6:00. Queens Corner shopping centre parking lot. The event starts and finish here. The route is mostly off road and not suitable for wheelchairs or prams.

3.The deadline for entries is 14 September2026, but if the entry cap is reached before then, entries will close

4.The entry cap for the event is 400 and entry cards can be collected on 23 September from 15:00 - 18:00 at Wimpy Queenswood or on 24 September from 5:00 - 5:50 at the same venue.

5.It is each participant’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit and healthy to participate in the 5km event.

6.The time limit for the 5km is 60 minutes (12 min / km) Cut-offs will be done at 1 & 2 km.

7.Marshals and traffic officials must be always obeyed. 8.No seconding, bicycles or vehicles on routes will be allowed.

9.Water will be supplied at the finish only and there will not be water on route.

10.Regret that no mechanically operated device, roller skates, or wheelchairs are permitted to participate in the event.

11.No animals are allowed on the event.

12.No iPods or listening devices are allowed.

13.The fun run/walk entry cards must be clearly visible on the front of the entrant’s clothing.

14.There will be no tog bag facilities.

15.This is a fun event and will not be officially timed and no official results will be available

16.Participation at your own risk; the organisers and partners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury.

17.Parking at own risk.

18.Medical assistance will be available.

19.Please do not litter. Do not discard water sachets or cups.

20.All children must be accompanied by their parents at all times.
