Join us as we bounce, giggle, and step into the season of sunshine, fresh blooms, and feel-good energy as we welcome Spring together. Yes — we’ll be dancing on trampolines (hello inner child!) as we shake off the winter blues and spring into something joyful with Secret Sunrise on 6 September.

Where ? At Be.Up at Cresta Shopping Centre

Whether you’re ready to bloom, or someone who just wants to have fun, or any human craving a little lightness and lift, this Secret Sunrise session is all about good tunes, good people, and catching a little air while stepping into your glow.

We’ll be bouncing as the city wakes up, headphones on, coffee nearby, and absolutely no pressure to dance “well.” Just show up, move how you move, and let yourself feel light, free, and a little bit playful. Think boops, bounces and giggles. You can bounce low, bounce high or not bounce at all - up to you.

What to Expect:

1. A guided silent dance experience with headsets
2. Feel-good beats, playful breathwork, and bouncy energy
3. A light, joyful atmosphere (Spring reset meets trampoline fun...)
4. Trampolines (you will need special socks, see below)

What to Wear:

Comfortable, casual, and weather-friendly. Bonus points for florals, flowy fits, and anything that makes you feel cute, carefree, and ready to bounce.

No pressure. No expectations. Just music, movement, and a beautiful (and slightly bouncy) way to welcome a new season with like-hearted humans.

Important: Trampoline Socks Required

For safety, trampoline grip socks must be worn on the trampolines. You’re welcome to bring your own if you have a pair from BeUp, Total Ninja, Rush, or similar venues. If not, you can easily add a pair to your cart at checkout.

Please Arrive Early

Please arrive 30 minutes before the session starts to allow time to sign the indemnity, collect or purchase your socks, and store your shoes before we begin.
