Lalela Experience Day
Have you ever wondered what makes a Lalela classroom so special?
Join us for our very first Lalela Experience Day and experience the magic for yourself.
Spend the morning taking part in an authentic Lalela art class, just as our learners do. Together we'll create, play, connect, and discover how art becomes a powerful tool for building confidence, creativity, and community.
Whether you're a long-time supporter of Lalela, curious about our work, or simply looking for a meaningful and creative experience, this day is for you.
Everyone is welcome! Bring your granny, your teenager, your five-year-old, your best friend, or come on your own. No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to create.
As part of the day, The Lalela Scarf will also be hosting a pop-up shop, where you can browse and purchase beautiful products inspired by the artwork of Lalela learners.
Every ticket purchased helps support Lalela's work, providing arts education that ignites the creative potential of young people in under-resourced communities across South Africa.

Venue: The Pavillion, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town
Directions: Park at the Breakwater Parking Garage at the V&A Waterfront parking near Toy Kingdom.
From the parking foyer connected to Toy Kingdom, make your way to the top floor using either the spiral staircase or the lift. We'll be there to welcome you!
