ABOUT
There comes a moment in many women's lives when they look in the mirror and wonder where they went.
Beneath the responsibilities, caregiving, careers, relationships, motherhood, and the constant demands of daily life, it is easy to lose touch with the woman you once were. The woman who felt confident, vibrant, expressive, sensual, joyful, and fully herself.
Getting Your Pink Back is an intimate movement and wellness experience designed to help women reconnect with those parts of themselves through movement, community, and meaningful connection.
Inspired by the phrase "getting your pink back" – a reference to flamingos regaining their vibrant colour after periods of nesting and caregiving – this experience invites women to reclaim their confidence, softness, femininity, joy, and self-expression in a supportive and judgment-free environment.
Hosted in partnership with The Poling Station, this beginner-friendly experience combines pole dancing, movement, conversation, and connection to create a safe space where women can explore their bodies, celebrate themselves, and connect with like-minded women on a similar journey.
Whether you are navigating motherhood, burnout, a life transition, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, this experience was created with you in mind.
