On Tuesday 01 September, one of South Africa's most celebrated live entertainers makes his Daisy Jones debut as André the Hilarious Hypnotist brings his brand-new theatre production, And You, to the Winelands.

Forget everything you think you know about hypnosis shows.

There are no actors. No script. No rehearsed scenes.

The audience becomes the cast.

Volunteers step onto the stage and, through André's unique blend of comedy, improvisation and stage hypnosis, become the stars of a show that has never happened before and will never happen again. One minute you're watching an ordinary person coach the Springboks in the dying moments of a Test match. The next they're starring in a soapie, leading a boereorkes or finding themselves in situations nobody could have predicted.

Every performance is completely different because every audience writes the story.

With more than 35 years on stage, André has become one of South Africa's most recognisable live entertainers, earning a reputation for creating evenings filled with laughter, surprise and unforgettable moments.
