The Stellenbosch City Orchestra invites you to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with A Christmas Festival—the 4th Annual Christmas Festival - at the magnificent Lourensford Wine Cellar.
Following three consecutive sold-out seasons, conductor Paul van Zuilenburg returns with an all-new programme of festive favourites, breathtaking orchestral arrangements, heart-warming Christmas classics and a few exciting surprises. Featuring the outstanding soloists André Terblanche, Corneil Muller, Lynelle Kenned and Janelle Speelman, this year's production promises a fresh musical journey filled with the joy, wonder and magic of the festive season.
Now firmly established as one of the Cape Winelands' most anticipated holiday traditions, A Christmas Festival combines the rich sound of a full symphony orchestra with outstanding vocal performances in the unique setting of the Lourensford Wine Cellar. Whether you're continuing a cherished Christmas tradition or attending for the first time, this spectacular concert is the perfect way to begin the festive season.
Only two performances: Thursday, 23 October and Friday, 24 October at 19:30.
