Breathing Space - Breathwork Journey & Sound Healing

A Space to Exhale.

This is an invitation to breathe into in the space between the week that was and the week that will be. Join us at Hollow Tree House in Hout Bay on Sunday 16 August to breathe together, as we release old stories and invite in new intentions using the powerful combination of Conscious Connected Breathwork and Sound Healing.

This is a space to join in circle as we root into presence, connect with ourselves and prepare for the new week ahead. It is a space for remembering who you are, and a coming back home to your inner Being.

Using the powerful practice of Conscious Circular Breathing, we will journey deep within to clear, cleanse and shift your vibrational frequency, allowing you to align with your inner truth. The journey will conclude with a healing Sound Bowl Bath, restoring harmony and balance within your energy field.

Whether you are seeking a deep release or a moment of stillness for the week ahead, you are welcome here.

A Grounding Ayurvedic Moonmilk will be served afterwards.

Come as you are. No experience is necessary, only a willingness to breathe and be.
